Our latests pairing is a perfect one for the patio. We paired some Erie Beach Lake Erie perch with a bottle of Frisky Beaver’s sparkling wine. Bubbles in the summer are refreshing on their own, but adding in the buttery perch pairing and it takes your taste buds to a whole new world! The fun effervescence of the sparkling wine tickles and tantalizes pairing perfectly with a light-as-air, silky perch fresh from the lake.
